Do the yoga backbend dropbacks, now that takes good back flexibility to come out of the wheel pose and then the balance of getting back nto the wheel pose.
Hey if your that flexible like a rhythmic gymnast, then why don’t you post some video clips on youtube showing off your flexibility. I’m a man and wish I had kept the flexibility I had achieved in my early 20’s and now regret letting it get away from me. I think that is good if you have that kind of flexibility.
